I am Angela Whitney and I am a fully qualified Craniosacral Therapist. I am also qualified in Hot Stone Massage, Swedish Massage and Reiki 1 and 2. I also teach relaxation techniques for mind-body awareness and meditation for stress management. By offering a number of healing therapies, I can individually tailor them to your well being, healing your emotional, spiritual and physical needs.

I was introduced to Craniosacral therapy through my meditation teacher who trained with the Upledger Institute UK. I trained and qualified at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London in 2000 and am a fully insured practitioner.

I am committed to extending my studies in the field of biodynamic craniosacral therapy work. I regularly attend professional and personal self development courses. Recent courses that I have attended are:
• Core Regulation in the Biodynamic Practice with Dr Micheal Shea.
• A series of Vibrational Healing Courses around health & healing which give a valuable platform for self-evaluation & are self-reflective.
My overall client base seems to be those who are suffering from adrenal driven lifestyles by the demands of the modern high speed digital age we now live in. People are unable to stay in touch with their bodies and feel how they are and are becoming very cerebral driven which ultimately leads to hypertension, stress and chronic fatigue. Adrenal states are often triggered by past or present trauma whether that be an accident, death of a loved one, childhood trauma or a stressful lifestyle. I have recently been successfully treating those suffering from this through craniosacral therapy in combination with hot stone massage and teaching them relaxation techniques.
I also have a number of special interests:
- Working on healing peoples' subconscious fears. These can cause deep anxiety in many aspects of their life when ​they are challenged.
- Working in the past timeline of someone's life 0 to 21 years. I help heal conscious or unconscious wounds that occurred during this past time & help bring back a sense of wholeness, enabling access to more energy, happiness and contentment in one's life.
- Mothers and babies. Being a mother myself, giving the baby the best start possible by releasing birth trauma and helping bonding with the parents.
- The holistic relationship of the body and mouth. I have studied and treated clients undergoing dentistry to help body alignment, bringing in healing and releasing all trauma and toxicity to speed up recovery, generating and bringing back optimum health.
